Our size chart represents the coat measurements. We recommend adding 4 inches to your chest measurement for a comfortable fit. If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a relaxed, luxurious look. 

2. What materials are your coats made from?
We use 100% real Slavic fur and premium Italian materials. Each coat is crafted for durability, warmth, and elegance.

3. Can I customize the coat?
Yes! Every coat is made individually for each client, allowing for custom lengths, textures, and colors. Please allow 2–3 weeks for your coat to be crafted. Contact us directly to discuss your preferences and we’ll create a bespoke piece just for you.

4. How should I care for my coat?
To maintain its quality:

• Store in a cool, dry place

• Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight

• Dry clean only by a professional furrier

5. How long does shipping take?

• Standard shipping: 3–5 business days

• Expedited shipping: 1–2 business days
  Please note that because each coat is made to order, production takes 2–3 weeks before it ships.

6. Can I return or exchange my coat?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, as each coat is custom-made for the client.

7. Are your furs ethically sourced?
Absolutely. All our fur is ethically sourced and certified. We are committed to responsible and sustainable practices.

8. Where is your company based?
Our company is based in the USA, serving clients worldwide with premium, made-to-order coats.
